Orders received before 11AM CDT usually ship via UPS the same day. Other orders normally ship the next business day. UPS tracking information will be sent to you. USPS does not provide tracking information for domestic shipments, however tracking information will be sent to you when available for some types of international shipping including Global Express Guaranteed.
Insurance
Shipping quotes include insurance to the full value of the order. Some limits may be placed on insurance for international shipping to certain countries.
Returns
Please call +1-815-434-6094 for return authorization. Unopened items in original packaging may be returned for a full refund (less shipping).
Used Equipment Returns
For customers in the United States, used equipment can be returned in like condition within 7 days of receipt of the equipment for a full refund (less shipping costs). After 7 days, the sale is considered final. International sales of used equipment are considered final upon receipt of the equipment.
